Nancy Newcome

Nancy Newcome is Managing Director, Head of Transformation for Pershing and is a member of Pershing’s Executive Committee. Nancy leads a team that drives change across the firm. Her responsibilities include setting Pershing’s change agenda, managing Pershing’s Technology Priorities Committee (TPC), leading the execution of our strategic business initiatives, and coordinating across BNY Mellon on enterprise transformation programs.

Nancy has decades of financial services industry experience in operations transformation. She has been responsible for several operational areas at Pershing, where she focused on delivering the most modern, effective, and efficient processes for clients. She was promoted to Managing Director in 2015.

Nancy has also been recognized for her commitment to service excellence and leadership, winning several awards. She is an advocate for women’s development, graduating from Women Unlimited and serving as a mentor in the program. In 2020, Nancy was selected to participate in their Forums for Executive Women program.

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Information Systems from Saint Peter’s University. She also completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
